Employee of the Month
Congratulations to Ms. Calia Walker! Ms. Walker serves as one of our PreK teachers. She demonstrates immense patience, genuine enthusiasm for young children, a creative approach to learning, strong communication skills, a nurturing and supportive demeanor, and the ability to foster a safe and engaging classroom environment where children feel encouraged to explore and learn through play, all while actively supporting each child's individual developmental needs. WE LOVE YOU MS. WALKER!

What's Going on This Week
FREE MATH AND SCIENCE MORNING LEAP TUTORING
Magnolia Woods Elementary would like to invite your child to LEAP morning tutoring. Tutoring will be held at Magnolia Woods on Monday-Friday mornings from 7:15-8:00 a.m for grades 3-5 Math/Science only. LEAP tutoring will begin Monday, January 21st - Friday, March 28th. Please fill out the form below indicating whether or not your child will be able to participate.
Class Photo Day
All students in Grades PreK-5 will take their class photo. Students must wear their regular school uniform. No Spirit Shirts or Free Dress (even with a pass).
Work Packets will Go Home on Wednesday!
Hot Cocoa and Cupcakes
Hot Cocoa and Cupcakes Combo!! All preorders must be placed online by Wednesday, January 15. No cash will be accepted the day of. We must ensure we have enough cupcakes and hot cocoa.

Reminders
Drop-Off time is 8:00am (NO STUDENTS SHOULD EXIT THEIR CARS BEFORE 8AM)
Pick-Up time is 3:15pm
School begins at 8:25am
Students are tardy at 8:26am and must be signed in by a parent
No students will be allowed to check out after 2:45pm
Notes regarding CHANGE OF TRANSPORTATION must be sent with the student in the morning upon arrival or email sbutler7@ebrschools.org before 12pm. If no note is sent, students will ride the assigned bus home.
