Principal’s Welcome

I want to welcome our new and returning students to Magnolia Woods Elementary!

It is important that teachers and parents work as a team for the benefit of our children. Communication is extremely important. I encourage you to contact your child’s teacher via email, written notes, or request a conference at any time. The best way for you to stay involved in your child’s education is to check homework every night to make sure assignments are completed accurately and monitor conduct reports regularly.  Problems can often be avoided if concerns are identified and addressed quickly with the classroom teacher.  Research shows that student learning is enhanced when parents and teachers work together. I encourage you to volunteer your time and abilities, attend our special events, and communicate regularly with your child’s teacher. Together, we can accomplish great things.

We need and appreciate your support. This is going to be an amazing year! Welcome to the Magnolia Woods Elementary Family.
